NEW CONDUCTIVE PLASTIC SOLUTION FOR AUTOMOTIVE FUEL FILLER SYSTEMS
Premix offers electrically conductive PRE-ELEC® compounds for PE-HD based fuel filler systems. The new products enable significant cost savings since they can be used both in extrusion blow-moulded filler pipes and injection moulded filler necks and heads.
Due to low viscosity PRE-ELEC® compounds provide excellent processability and finished surface quality. The conductive layer thickness of fuel filler pipe can be reduced even down to 5%. Materials hold excellent resistance to new bio-fuels including gasoline and diesel.
