Premix Group has sold the plastics compounding business in USA
Premix Group has sold the plastics compounding business of its American subsidiary Premix Thermoplastics, Inc. of Milton, Wisconsin to a newly established company Themix Plastics, Inc. of Lake Mills, Wisconsin.
The transaction took place in late September 2008.
