Vamp Tech S.P.A appointed for new Italian distributor
Premix Oy of Finland and Vamp Tech Spa of Italy have agreed on a distributorship in Italy. The cooperation has started on March 1, 2009 and Vamp Tech will represent and distribute Premix’s products including sales and marketing in Italian territory.
Premix Oy pioneered in manufacturing of conductive carbon black compounds in 1983. The comprehensive and thorough experience in dispersing carbon black into various polymeric materials made the company one of the leading experts in this area world wide. Premix’s conductive plastics are well recognized on European specialty polymers markets, and they cover the full spectrum of the conductivity range from statically dissipative ESD materials into highly conductive grades for EMI shielding, conductor and grounding applications.
Vamp Tech Spa has focused in the production of flame retarded polymeric compounds having high technological contents. This specialization has resulted Vamp Tech becoming a leader in Italy as well as abroad.
The cooperation between Premix and Vamp Tech will now bring together the complementary product portfolios and know how base of both companies. It will offer our Italian customers new competitive advantages and further opportunities in available technology and material selection both in their current production and for forthcoming application development.
