Carbon black

Black is beautiful. Today, the majority of conductive plastics are based on carbon black. When looking for surface resistance areas ranging from 1E2 to 1E6 ohms, carbon black is most often the best choice due to it’s superior price-performance combination and durable and realiable product construction enablement.

Controlled resistance through special know-how

Due to the nature of carbon black, reaching a dissipative surface resistance level is difficult. We have successfully overcome this challenge with special PRE-ELEC® grades with controlled resistance from 1E5 to 1E8 ohms.  

 Carbon fiber

As a conductive media, carbon fiber is justified, especially in applications requiring high rigidity.
