PREADD UV 513 is a PP-based masterbatch giving very good UV protection to polypropylenes. PREADD UV 513 is especially recommended for applications with thin products, such as films and tapes.

The active ingredient consists of a combination of different HALS (Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer) additives, which gives the most effective light stabilization effect already at low dosages.

PREADD UV 513 is approved for use in contact with foodstuffs according to FDA and BgVV regulations, as long as the dosing level of PREADD UV 513 is less than 3 %.
