Sales Engineer | High Performance Compounds

We are dedicated to a strong growth strategy and are now looking for the best talents to join our High Performance Compounds (HPC) team. Keep on reading, if international sales and business development is what you enjoy the most doing.

Managing and growing our strategic international accounts will be in your main focus. You will create successful businesses by building networks and deepening customer loyalty and relationships. You also prepare and present sales and marketing materials. Customer’s business development is also often technical of nature, so you assist the customers together with our top notch R&D team. As we believe the greatest solutions are always created together, you will work closely with our global sales and R&D team in order to understand the customer needs and requirements.

Geographically your responsibility covers Nordic and several European countries. In addition you are responsible to develop the business of our several strategic key accounts. You will report to Sales Director (HPC) Taneli Naukkarinen.

We especially appreciate:

  • customer service and analytical business development mindset;
  • sales/key account management experience;
  • ability to understand the customer’s business and generate solutions that will fit well with the customer’s need and strategy
  • experience from plastics industry;
  • strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop trusted relationships over time;
  • Positive and energetic attitude, initiative and target oriented mindset
  • Fluent English, other languages considered an advantage
