Electrically Conductive Concentrates for ESD-Protective Foams
Protecting electronics with versatile, conductive foam materials.
ESD (electrostatic discharge) foams can serve several purposes at once. They protect against ESD damage, cushion and absorb from shocks during transit and act as workstations – ideal for safeguarding sensitive electronic devices and components or as gaskets and sealings.
Why Premix Compounds?
Our portfolio includes compounds from polyethylene (PE) and ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA). The dilution ratios can be adjusted based on specific conductivity targets and the compounds are suitable for both continuous foam and block foam manufacturing processes.
Key Benefits
- Permanent conductivity with stable, non-migrating performance
- Surface resistance range: 10² to 10⁶ ohms/sq
- Dual protection: ESD shielding + physical impact absorption
- High versatility for tuning properties to meet process and performance needs
Product Offering
- PE17800 – Conductive concentrate
