Thank you for our joint achievements in 2021!
My sincere thanks to all of you, dear partners, for your efforts during the exceptional year of 2021. After all the trouble, we made it a true success!
We all experienced the threat of Covid-19 on people's health, shortages in the raw material market and components, logistics chaos, endless Teams meetings, etc. The list goes on and on.
Your role has been crucial now that we haven't had the possibility to meet customers face to face. Your active communication and efforts have kept alive the feeling of being close to customers.
With your support, Premix's business grew by more than 40 %, reaching up to 65 M€ sales revenue in 2021. Still, despite the high growth, we achieved delivery accuracy of 98,2 %, which, especially under these circumstances, is absolutely amazing. I could not be more proud of our team!
This means that Premix is in excellent shape, and we have a solid ground to invest in renewals and future growth. It is at the core of our DNA to constantly renew and keep the forerunner position. One example we already implemented is the investments into production capacity. The increased capacity allows us new opportunities in competing with the PRE-ELEC® product portfolio.
In addition to the actions at the PRE-ELEC® focus areas, we are innovating, especially in the area of sustainability, e.g., in the biocomposite field. Let's continue discussions on the sustainability theme later this year. I welcome you to bring your ideas on how to bring more sustainable solutions to the market.
What I expect from you is to actively work on growing your PRE-ELEC® portfolio with the toolkit provided at Distributor Day last fall. Let's build success stories and growth together!
