This form is directly integrated into our CRM system Netsuite. This means that when you fill in the form, it's automatically assigned to your sales representative who then assigns it to the relevant person and can also check the progress of the request.
The benefit: When you or your customer fill in the form, the data is immediately in the system, not in the email of customer services or a salesperson. This will reduce the time it takes to handle the claim.
