Racing with COVID-19

As we all know, the pandemic is still enormously affecting the world and our global operations. At Premix, we are still working remotely if the job allows. Only people working in production and the laboratory are working on-site to guarantee the safety of our people and operations.

Activities

As you know, trade fair activities and meeting potential customers around the exhibition stands, as before the pandemic, will now remain in the history books. The world will no longer be the same; now it is time to make it better. Here at Premix, we trust and believe that together we will build it better. The pandemic, in all its misery, forces us to the edge of something new.

This fall, Premix fairs have been realized only in China. We have decided to participate in these exhibitions with the help of our local distributor. All other trade fairs and events have been canceled or postponed. We still do not know which 2021 events we will participate in. Only the stand at Fakuma (Germany) has been reserved for us. We have also made decisions about 2021 fairs that we are unlikely to attend. For example, EOS/ESD Symposium is an event we have decided not to participate in 2021. Marketing activities will instead be strengthened online.

As all the digital activities are strengthening, we have chosen to strengthen our online visibility, e.g. we will invest in search engine marketing and do systematic content marketing in the future. Of course, this requires us to have a clear strategy and focus. As you know, both marketing and sales activities need clear target audiences. To strengthen digital and online encounters, we have also strengthened our organization, in this context especially considering these digital activities. You can get introduced to our newest team members and changes below.

Meeting customers online, keeping our businesses running

We are also acquiring a new tool for online training and webinars. This tool is being tested for the first time in our PREPERM® webinar in October. All observations and feedback about functionality and non-functioning are welcome. So please send us feedback! Not to put any pressure on us, but we have also invited some of our customers to join the webinar. We believe this GoToWebinar tool enables us a great way of communicating with you about themes such as commercialization and innovations.
