Utilizing Internet and website traffic

Introducing our new and modern tools!

We are confident that by being open-minded with new services and boldly experimenting with new tools, we will find great new ways to be more data-driven and make choices and actions based on knowledge.

At this point, we wanted to communicate to you these new tools, which we believe will also provide you with excellent information about customer behavior and customer needs in the future. Of course, every new tool needs a systematic way to use it, but we believe we are on the right track.

We believe that success factors are intensive and systematic content renewal, long-term search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM). Combining the above activities with active local brand building and targeting in various channels, we will succeed online.

Mia Puhakainen, Marketing Manager

Leadfeeder tool

We have invested in a tool to catch up with companies that have visited our websites. The tool gives us great information about companies in local markets. By the tool, we can track page downloads and which pages our customers have visited. The official process is still being refined. We are currently selecting the markets and areas in which we will utilize the reports: the aim is to find an effective way of delivering this valuable information about the visitors on our websites. Your own sales contact will communicate about this further with you during the coming months and agree on how the data will be collected for you.

Media tracking tool

During the fall, in the marketing team, we are taking another new tool into use. The tool works, of course, online. The principle is that we will identify the keywords and topics relevant to us. The tool provides us information about these keywords in various channels and forums, meaning that the tool provides us signals appearing in the media.

First, we will start by monitoring competitors; in a later stage, we will systematically start tracking customer news, target market and target industry signals, and news from our target customers. As mentioned, we are in a very early stage of the project but very inspired to get started during late fall. We will keep you up to date!

Which tools have you found to be relevant for identifying, for example, market signals locally? Please feel free to share your thoughts with us!
