For the Gastonia, North Carolina based business and manufacturing plant, we will be recruiting in 2023 business development, administrative, and manufacturing engineering professionals. In 2024-2025 maintenance, operations technicians and operators for manufacturing, logistics planning, and warehouse operations.

Business Controller

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on BUSINESS CONTROLLER to join Premix in a pivotal role driving our financial performance. This role blends traditional finance responsibilities with modern tools and capabilities, including BI and AI development. You won’t just report numbers—you’ll translate data into decisions, partner with our business units, and drive continuous improvement with modern tools like BI and AI. You’ll ensure accurate statutory and management reporting, support business leaders with insights to drive performance, lead monthly closings, and drive forecasting and budgeting processes.

 

Product Technology Manager

We are looking for a  PRODUCT TECHNOLOGY MANAGER to strengthen our Technology & Services unit. In this role, you will lead the development and direction of Premix’s product and manufacturing technologies for growth and renewal. You’ll lead and manage project portfolio with your team and build capabilities hands-on, yet strategically.
