We are building up our compact team in the US step by step to be fully operational in 2025. During 2024, we will be recruiting technical and customer service, purchasing, manufacturing, maintenance, and laboratory professionals. The open positions will be published also here.

Laboratory Technicians

Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative acts as a key contact between Premix and our customers in the US, supporting the Premix USA Sales team and ensuring that our customers receive excellent support and assistance during order processing and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities include:

processing customer orders
preparing and managing export documentation
coordinating transport bookings and shipment tracking, liaising with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products,
maintaining proactive and clear communication with customers and the sales team, providing timely updates on order status, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules
addressing and resolving customer issues or concerns promptly, applying problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician plays a key role in our plant maintenance team and is one of the first to join the Premix USA organization to establish and secure maintenance operations before starting the full operation. We are looking for a strong, multi-crafted, and detail-oriented person, who works with extruders and material handling equipment and takes responsibility for maintaining Quality Standards and requirements.

Technical Customer Service

Technical Customer Service provides technical service support to Premix USA customers and the Premix USA sales team and ensures Premix products fit customers’ processes.

The role is a combination of being a technical polymer expert equipped with a commercial twist and a genuine customer service attitude. The role requires:

Understanding the main polymers (PP, PE) and being familiar with processing skills like injection molding and extrusion
Having solid work experience in the polymer industry

Purchaser

Purchaser secures that the manufacturing has the right raw materials, at the right time with the best price.

The main responsibilities include e.g. raw material purchase orders and delivery follow-up, customer-specific raw materials orders, close cooperation and coordination with production planning, raw material forecasts, tendering, contacts and price negotiations with suppliers, transportation contracts and shipping arrangements, and documentation related to the quality of raw materials.
