Appointment in Premix USA

Mr. Thomas Dryman was appointed Plant Manager for Premix USA (Premix North Carolina LLC) as of August 8, 2022. Thomas holds a Master’s Degree in mechanical engineering from Clemson University (SC) and Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification. ​

Thomas has an extensive career in the international manufacturing industry. He has recently been working for Firestone/Bridgestone Corporation as General Manager in charge of manufacturing start-up/turn-around and continuous improvement activities for three manufacturing facilities in the southeast US.  Thomas has also experience working in Asia (China, Taiwan) for manufacturing management at Adidas and experience in injection molding processes in the automotive and diagnostics industries.  ​

Thomas’ main responsibilities are to manage the building and start-up project for the US manufacturing plant in Gastonia and later to plan and manage the overall supply chain of the US operations. Thomas will report to Jari-Matti Mehto, President and CEO of the US companies, and has his office in Premix’s Belmont office in North Carolina.
