We are lucky to have many "hard-core" experts in our networks. Mr. Riku Vuorinen from Eurofins Expert Services (former VTT Expert Services) is one of them. He has a long-term experience from testing, certifying, traning and consulting within the field of ATEX Directive and Ex Equipments.

We met Riku and his team at Eurofins Expert Services facilities in Espoo. Below Riku shares his expertise and views for the Ex-related questions raised by our customers and Premix colleagues.

Who is this guy?

Mr. Riku Vuorinen works as a Product manager in Eurofins Expert Services Oy , Ex-apparatus. He is responsible for the Notified Body functions under European ATEX Directive as well as the certification services according to the IEC explosion protection standards. Riku is also a member of several working groups of international Ex-standardization.
